Refund Policy

1. Credit-Based System

Gangnam Style AI (gangnamstyleai.pro) operates on a transparent credit system:

• A 15-second Standard 480p clip costs 10 credits. A 15-second HD 720p clip costs 20 credits. Pack prices vary by region and are shown before checkout.
• One-time credit packs never expire and have no recurring charges.

2. Failed or Blocked Renders (Automatic Credit Return)

If a video generation job fails due to a technical error, pipeline timeout, or safety filter block:

• Your deducted credits are automatically and immediately returned to your account credit balance.
• You can use those returned credits right away to try again with a clearer, front-facing photo.
• Note: An automatic credit return restores credits to your Gangnam Style AI account balance; it is not a direct monetary refund to your payment card.

3. Completed Renders & AI Likeness Expectations

Because AI video generation incurs irreversible cloud GPU rendering costs once a job completes:

• Completed video generations cannot be refunded once the MP4 has been rendered and delivered.
• AI video recasting interprets facial features, hair, clothing, lip movements, and background crowd details from a single still photo. Exact likeness and frame-exact lip sync are not guaranteed. Please review the on-page examples and photo guidelines ("Before you upload") prior to generating.

4. Unused Credit Pack Refunds (14-Day Window)

If you purchased a one-time credit pack and have not consumed any credits from that purchase, you may request a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@gangnamstyleai.pro with your account email and order receipt.
